Château de la Gaude, an 18th-century Provençal bastide nestled in a green haven in the heart of Aix en Provence, is opening its doors in 2019. The man who dreamed of reviving this sleeping beauty of an estate has successfully transformed it into a unique place of life and conviviality, promoting a certain “art de vivre” around the worlds of wine, art and gastronomy.
